Instructions 1. Prepare the crust: Grind the cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press evenly into the bottom and sides of a 22 cm (9-inch) pie dish. Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 10 minutes. Cool completely. 2. Vanilla custard: In a bowl, whisk egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt. Bring the milk to a boil.
